looking at my stock gear plate that originally melted in and forced my clutch Bell inward to rub against my clutch shouldn't there be some type of shim or thin washer in between the square block with the two grub screws that hold the gears in between the plate and gear? This seems to be the reason my plastic stock gearplate melted? Any suggestions , looking at the manual it doesn't show anything spacing the plate from the rotating gear?? I would hate to ruin the new gearplate from the same issue
