what weight are u guys using? I used 100k... After I did it I started having second thoughts about it being in the front...

Also, has anyone used fuel tube to limit shock travel? I used regular tube, not the nitro stuff... I figure it's stiffer and should work better

It sucks not being able to drive! At least I've got down time to do all this stuff...

I like to be different 50000 front 120000 rear, i like oversteer:D, however I might go 50000 rear now see if it helps with the diff cups though I doubt it
i think you should drop down ALOT. between the motor and pipe(and you:D) running a lighter oil will save you sooo much headache.. 120,000k in tha back? i would dump it to about 15k and watch all those diff problem go way(for the most part)

I agree it would help with the diffs. I did notice that Alpha, Yolonda21, and Moo are running HEAVY diff oil and all 3 of them are breaking diffs. It might be coincidental. I dunno. It might be a good test for them to lighten up the oil and see if the diffs last longer.

so i see that you are also running light. any major or constint issues?. 3k is light, but it was either that or 50k. no regfrets and haven't opened it yet:D

Good point and observation.

lol im not breaking them, i haven't even driven it... last time it was running IT DROVE ITSELF lmao right into a pole... i only have an x-can and intake... not planning on going further...

i was just curious what you guys were running, if i have problems, that will just back your theory up lol..

These thing are breaking like twigs...i don't think it will matter what you put in them....IMO :o
mine arent(touch wood:D). i stomp my mt pretty good. just let off the gas when it hits the ground(no center diff). the more free wheel spin you have the better. all you guys running those high numbers are breaking diffs.

thing is even with 120000 you can turn one wheel easy enough...it just doesn't seem to have enough resistance to cause the breakage...but I figured it out for me anyhow...everyone that's broke, 4 now, has come to an abrubt halt when striking something immovable, last one the run before I got a rock stuck in the wheel that stopped it so quick it spunthe truck around. It's always the run after the sudden wheel stoppage too..it snaps on the gas but the damage was done before. throttle on landings will do it too. I got 2 that i tempered above 700f so I'll see how they hold up.

diff oil is not breaking the shafts thats funny

moo acctually drives his truck thats what happens there

alpha had a psycho truck that tried to commit suicide

if you can turn a wheel with a pinky after using 100k im sure youll be fine

ok. it may be true, and thats fine. but i can promise the "pinky" trick is useless. unless your pinky can rotate that tire at 25,000 rpms, you'll never now the diffrence between 3k and 120k. but like i said. it don't matter to me. i run the balls of my rig. enough to warrant replacing all the plastic. the guys that are having issues, run heavy weights, the guys that don't seem to be ok so far.
