Crashed my MT, and cracked the front diff case. I have the parts, just wondering what type of lubricant goes inside. Any help appreciated.

Phat Dad Sticky Icky is for CVDs (i use it and its awesome stuff)...use white lithium for housing gears, its cheaper and you need more.

hey guys got a question. i opened up my front diff to change the housing and i didnt take notice on witch way the inside was facing does it matter?? also what is the best oil/grease to put inside where the little spider gears are? are you guys puting oil in the little spider gears and then puting grease for the big gears thanks

You want to clean all the black grease out and use diff fluid. 7k in the front has worked well for me.

This should help you get it back together.

ok so im replacing the oils/grease inside the diff front/back on my mt. i already did the front diff using 7000 dif oil what should i put on the back diff 5000 or same as the front 7000

I would start with 5k. The stiffer you go the more the rear will want to swing out on you.
