Differential Maintenance

HI,
I used the search option but with no luck on differential maintenance.
I would like to know which diff fluid I should use and when the maintenance interval is to replace the fluid.

For the experienced RC to know Notes:

* I drive 80% on grass w/hills, and dirt; 20% asphalt
* I drive 20% on asphalt with hard turns, back to asphalt.
* I do a lot of jumping on grassy surfaces
* I do not race at this time, but would like to sooner or later.

I rebuild my diffs every 2 - 3 gallons. I run on & off road, hope this helps.
