differential oil?

I am changing my bearing through the whole truck this weekend and wanna put diff oil in the diffs. All I have right now is ornate 30k and 50k from my savages do you guys think that's too thick? If so what would be some good grease to put in as I can't make the hike to the hobby shop. Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks!!! Oh and one more ? I ordered the pro spec rubber sheilded bearing set off of largescalerc is that a good upgrade cause I hate the metal sheilded cuz mine are already gritty
 
I forgot to mention I am strictly a basher if that helps with anything about diff oil
