Congrats on the new Vesla! It'll be interesting to hear what your thoughts are on it after your time with the DBXL.

Personally, I think the Kraken stuff looks pretty cool... I've had my eye on one of their trophy trucks for years...

Thank you and I will keep you posted! Don’t get me wrong, the dbxl is a great rig, really!

This weekend i intend to put the receiver/ transmitter in, and have a test drive on 8s.

Some parts on the way, and searching for good 6s batteries to see the true power on this rig, but intend to keep it mostly on 8s.
 
you could always just fit a centre difflocker and remove the front CVD so you only have RWD, but if you do this you may need to beef up the rear drive train & change gearing to as it will scream & hit top end much quicker, i did it & my CVD lasted about 2-3 runs, but im also using a taylor 35, in the end though i just reverted back to 4WD, but since then i have upgraded all my drive train with FLM, may try it again someday or i may just get an FG! :)
