Who knows, but they can't get anyone at all going to the USA.
I got a package from China only took a month and then it was damaged. The company issued me a refund but only partial?.
Then they contact me and say package was delivered,can you pay us because we are small company. (Yet wants full payment?).Dang sorry, just to long of story and don't feel like typing anymore. So anyway something fishy going on cause eBay actually block them and they're contactiing me thru email. I have a charge from them in PayPal- YOU, think that's getting paid??.
