Do you think it will work?

Just got a Traveller, and are thinking of using a spare muffler off my young blokes Yamaha PW50 (50cc 2 stroke mini bike) and retro fitting it to the Traveller.

It will fit perfectly with a rearranged mount. Its just a basic designed muffler with dimensions of approx. 240mm (long) x 50mm (dia) and a right angle 16mm pipe.

So my question is do you think it will work? I'm going to fabricate my own right angle header/manifold, so it should go together easy.

I have seen others do it with good and bad results just luck!

Thanks "Bigger the Better" where did you find those threads? Obviously I didn't look hard enough...

Thats exactly what i'm going to do...although mines not going to be as shiney.

Gave it a run this arvo...i'm not sure if its made any difference in performance but it definately made it sound heaps better

It sounds like a motorbike now.........

I don't think its running lean as there is still bluish smoke coming out.
