Does the clutch from the Firehammer engine fit on a g260rc?

See a decent deal on g260rc with no clutch, wondering/hoping the clutch on my duratrax 23cc would fit.

its not the same engine. the firehammer is a smartech. i have fh, but the clutch will fit. i just rebuilt a 26 but put a big bore kit on it and the clutch fit fine.

if your engine on the firehammer is a 3 bolt now.by smartech....
Forget it...nothing is useable..maybe the coil is all.....

Exactly. The ONLY things I could use off my 3 bolt head were: Carb, spark plug, coil.

That *looks* like a CY. Is there anything printed anywhere on it? Can you get some close up pics? It looks like a 2 bolt.

my clutch from my fh fit, unless the guy who had it before me did a change. i bought it used but it is a smartech motor that was in it.

It says CY14092B. Its an old pic, I'll have to take it out the buggy again to look for more.

cy and zenoah clutches are slightly different. the bolt holes are a different size.

All you have to dois take the plasticfan cooling scroud off..count the head bolts...
That number don't mean much....If it is a cy engine ..you can use your old clutch...
but you would be better to use zen clutch housing on a zen lower case....
What are you looking at $25 dollars difference...with clutch vs no clutch?....Slaw
