check for spark...fine

fuel mix...fine

engine gets fuel

did have cpi pipe installed before i even got it....was thinking maybe thats my problem

Unfortunately in Okinawa so im having my dad give it a shot. Any thoughts?

Anytime you do a pipe change you need to retune the carb. Reset the needles back to factory settings and go from there. Since you have been getting fuel into the motor and is now probably flooded, you'll want to deflood the motor first before trying restarting it with the stock carb settings.

Pull the plug and let it air out for a while. You probably flooded it. While it's airing out, check the intake and carb bolts and make sure they're tight.

well it wasnt flooded, and the spark plug was already replaced. The needles were also set back to factory defaults and nothing.
