Well after about a year of owning my King Motor Baja I am done, I have less than a gallon through this thing why you ask? Because it's a piece of complete garbage if it's not the one way bearing going out in the 2 speed it's a servo, or it's parts rattling loose, or a whole host of other issues I have had with this big pile of junk! I have been in the RC hobby for 25 years, primarily running nitros and I have NEVER had this many problems with an RC model EVER! King Motor is knowingly selling garbage I wish I had not wasted my money with them!
 
Unfortunately not enough ppl has experienced this yet.
Yes it is crap, but it's crap already from production. The issues don't come from wear or bashing.
Get a 2nd hand HPI Baja instead....or even a 4th or 5th hand...and spread the word!
 
That is a shame. Even the original 5B disappointed me durability-wise. The Losi 5ive T is a far better platform to drive and maintain.

Which KM truck do you have? I've heard that the one ways in 2 speed tranny's in general are a big point of failure.
