DR won't start after first 20 minutes running

Set screw, tooth pick in the cap or one stuck in the diaphragm, they all work to block the cap vent. I think I'll make some kind of filter for my Snappy vent to keep the dirt and sand out.

I don't know how well it works but I've seen one with a clunk on the end

Hi LaxbroDid you need to modify the tank hole to fit or is the grommet supplied the same size?

The grommet is the same size but you will have to put some 2 stroke oil on it to slide it into the hole

I pulled mine down to check the coil gap today and found the head was loose from the factory

Might be worth a look?

Just saw this. Did you get the head fixed. I think torque is 83 in/lbs. DDM has great info on this and other common issues in their support section. I'd also check with Red Cat, they are very good with warranty issues.
