Drill Starter Update

I went through 2 different starter setups and they striped out. So i found a starter adapter from a snow blower and with a ratchet adapter and a 7/16 12-point socket no more stripping! Works great the adapter is 3/8 drive and the twenty-tooth style that has more aggressive teeth and should last longer than others. Once started i insert a simple plug to keep the dirt out. My cordless 18v drill works great! Hope this posting helps some people out thanks..

Nobody runs them. These engines start so easy it’s not required unless you have mobility issues of course then yes great idea.

We run them in drag racing. Never had any problems with the simple Troybilt type tho. A bit of overengineering here imo.
