Are there any loose grub screws?
The drove goes directly to the rears doesn't it, with the belt going around the rear diff to drive the fronts? Check the rear drive squares.
Is yours ball drive or dog bones on the rears - perhaps a broken cup, or balls missing depending on the drive type.
Hoep you get it sorted and best of luck.
Al.

Its lame you need to bring it in the back and shoot it.

Something is binding. You will need to track it backward from the rear drive shafts and see what is not running true or bent or something?

over tightened rear wheels have pushed the squares into the bearings? take off the wheels and back of the square's setscrews, tap the axles in a bit to loosen and see
