Since there is quite a bit of movement in the drive shafts from the center diff to the front and rear diffs, has anyone put some foam or springs in there to keep them from moving back and forth? Any reason I shouldn't do this?

I did all of that for my original Rampage. I'm specifically wondering if there would be any reason for not doing it to the center differential drive shafts. Should they have a lot of movement? Does it matter?

I'd center em. If they move all the way forward or backward the opposite cup takes alot more pressure. It's prolly best to even it out.

That's what I was thinking, but wanted to make sure I wasn't risking the drivetrain in any way by not allowing some movement. Thanks!

I put an "O" ring in each cup to center them. Get the right size and they stay in duing matainance. Don't want to be chasing the little $%$#$'s across the floor.
