Drivetrain for heavy vehicle...

Hey guys, need some help here. I need to find a (electric) motor,axle,wheels, etc for a 60 pound vehicle. It will be operating on mostly level surfaces at low speeds. If parts are going to be too expensive the project will be scrapped. Hopefully I can re-purpose something non RC specific or find suitable RC parts. What kinda money am I lookin at?
