Dry vs Wet foams

On august 4 I posted some wheel/tire weights.


I thought that the Hostile fronts had some water in their foams.


I disassembled the wheels and put the foams to dry.


After reassembly this are the weights.


Before 1.03 pounds


now with dry foam 0.84 pounds. (HPI baja wheel with steel insert)


0.83 (HPI Baja wheel earlier model)

Is that one or two complete wheels w/tires?

Pretty sure that is one complete wheel (fr) with hostile mini mx tyres. There is a thread here somewhere

That is one Hostile tire on a HPI Baja wheel with HPI Baja foam.
