Where to drill the holes?


Is there a template that I can follow to drill the holes on the chassis for the dual steering kit? I thought it was a bolt on kit, but I guess I need to drill some holes first. How did you guys go about installing the dual steering kit? Also, did your kit come with screws? Mine didn't. Thanks!
