Hi to all and I hope i can get some help. I just got My Dunerunner and ran through 3 tanks of gas and on the third it wouldn't start. I checked the carb and it was lose tighten that. got it to start but as it warmed up it started to rev pretty high so i shut it down and as soon as i did it flooded again. this is only my 4th tank. any suggestions would be appreciated. never had a Gasser before kind of tired of pulling the cord until my hands are raw. sorry if i sound stupid about this..

It worked

Made the vent jsut a little bigger three pulls started right up burned out a tank and let it set filled it again fired right up one pull.. :D . Is this common problem:( you would think they would use a bigger drill.. really had to lower the RPM's when it got warm like a quarter turn. going to burn two more tanks then change over to 30:1 or should i keep it at 25:1? and just adjust the mixture screw so it isn't a bug killer..

Sorry guys I'm pretty new to the forum but how do u vent the tank? Plus mine is out of tuned. So confused o the terms too rich and too lean. Why not turn it to left or right maybe it'll sound a lot easier? Help my dr I think out of tuned. Idle but wheels spinning and if u center the throttle shuts of

Drill a small hole in the gas cap, screw in a 8/32 dubro fuel niple, put a piece of fuel tubing on the niple run it up and out. There are many threads on here how to do it different ways.Turn the needles in to lean it out. turn the needles out to ritchen it up. Pretty simple in and out like making whoopie.Turn the needles all the way in till they stop but don't force them. turn the high speed needle (its marked with the letter h on the carb)out 1 1/2 turns.Turn the low speed needle(its marked with the letter l) 1 1/4 turns out. This is the basic settings.Make shure your throttle trims are set to zero on your transmitter.Hopes this helps.Good luck.

@cordy thanks. Can you recommend a good tuned pipe where i don't have to do much fabricating. I saw the one available for redcat but I'd prefer those big ones like ddm or cpi. Have they come with pipe for the dr?
