So, I have had my DX450 motorcycle for about a year now. The lexan rider is a bit hollow...actually, he is really hollow. Since he has lost most of his screws and he is getting flimsy, I saw that filling all the hollow parts with that spray insulation foam stuff works great. I bought some and decided to fill him this afternoon in between other things.


It worked great. I made sure everything was cleaned up so the foam would "harden" correctly.


I went out in the garage a few hours later to fetch a screwdriver for something else.

Im not gonna comment on what that looks like to me :D


But that foam should stiffen him up nicely!

i was at the lhs today and they had a venom 450 bike there, very cool... i just ordered a xb-e or i'd have bought it, very cool. i see one in my future, after i'm done buying all the cool things i can for the xb-e.

Honestly, I don't think the thing is that much fun. It's challenging to drive it, and if I did more often, I would probably be good at it, but I need a giant area for it. Stick with the xb-e!!!!
