DXRS radio and 3racing winch

I have just got a spektrum dx3s radio and was wondering if you can use the 3rd channel or the remote start button with the 3 racing winch or if you can modify the radio to get it to work.

2 position like a shifter. had to ask a crawler bud on msn. they use it for a flasher/light, mixing for crabwalking..
