Some of these ebay sellers haven't read the full Redcat letter about pre-orders. Make sure he understands that before you order.

Is there a glitchy loophole in the pre order letter? He states in his ad that they should get their order around Feb.4 if everything goes as stated by Redcat, is there something else I should know?

There is a dealer pre-order list from Redcat. If he doesn't follow the letter, he will either not get any, or he will not get any profit.
