E85/Alcohol resistant gasket maker/engine sealant

So I need alcohol/e85 resistant gasket maker/engine sealent. Any body know of any??

No I'll be running pump e85. I will switch to race e85 cuz its way more consistent but for a while it will be pump e85

What about this Z? Never used it before but I always use Permatex sealants and black and gray RTV with great results.

Ok, I'll see it says ethanol but I don't know if it means 10% ethanol or 85% ethanol resistant ? not really sure if that means anything. I'll send a message to permatex.

I would think ethanol is ethanol, whether 1% or 100%. Let us know what they say back tho.

Most all the auto makers are using Permatex Optimum Grey (or similar recipe). It's also very high temp. If I were assembling a mega $$ race engine this is what I would use for worry free sealing :

Will it melt or whatever from e85 tho?

Mkay so this is what they said "Well we have no tested any of our products over E-15 in which the Motoseal 29132 is shown to have satisfactory results with 2-stroke gas/oil mix. For the case halves you may want to look into an anaerobic sealer like or 51813."
