I sold my JR XS3 radio on Ebay and haven't heard from the buyer. Saturday evening at 8:15 will be 3 days. I've sent him a couple of messages. Do you think 3 days is enough time to wait before offering it to the next bidder?

Some guys only have e-mail at work. I would wait until Monday night and relist it.

Yeah, I had to wait "exactly" 5 days from a reputable dealer on the bay.

i guess i suck..LOL.. i strictly note that payment thru pay-pal is required within 24 hours. i would never buy something then make you wait a week for your money.

I stated payment expected within 5 days because it ended on a friday night.....$28 item....guy's a shmuck!

When ever I buy from e-bay I am watching what I am bidding on, as soon as I see I won, I send payment. But, that's just me though.

I pay instantly too. If the guy has good feedback something might have happened like a death in the family or something else out of his control. Give him till monday then relist.

I always pay instantly too and expect payment within 3 days...though if you're bidding and see you've won you should pay up straight away.


I had a guy from Quebec not pay a few months ago...he won 2 items then emailed me asking if he could pay a month later cos he had no money....some people just take the piss.


I now write in my listings 3 days to pay or get a strike.
