hi iv just won a elcon diff on fleabay.....

is this a good price and do you think it looks in good condition?

are elcon diff better than fg alloy diffs?

can i fit a normal fg diff gear on ?

and has any one got any pics of the diff opened with the gears inside?

google elcon mate have a look on there site they have that diff on there its 145 euros so youve done good they say when using in a fg you need diff raisers thats no big problem you can use fg diff out put shafts and fg gears nice find mate

thats a bloody good price for what it is! good think about the elcon diff is they also have an elcon diff brake which works 100 times better than the standard layshaft diff.

the fg diff is prolly better in my opinion as the FG one is tunable and you can adjust how much lock you want to run.

would rather have a fg lsd diff but cant find the bigger diff gaurd thats made in sweden
