Did not want to fork the other thread as it appeared to be focused on gas. Curious to know what folks would rate the current 1/5 electric's.
 
Baja flux is always good and built tough but handling not great, new losi dbxl-e is looking good. Best car I own is FG Baja converted to brushless ! great bit of kit
 
Nice - I was looking at the Baja's as well. I ended up going with the Losi EXL this go around - should have it early next week. Parts availabilty was one of the factor's in going with Losi. I heard some of the HPI parts can be hard to find. I remember back in the day with FG had to order everything overseas and wait a long time and pay a big $ every time something broke.
 
4wd on the Losi will make it much more controllable just make sure you run the best batteries you can, they make a huge difference ! enjoy :)
