Looks like a 5b e-conversion with 1/8 scale electronics to run on 2- 3s packs in series. Cool body panel, but I would pass on it because of the under-rated motor. Really needs a 5th. scale brushless motor with an 8mm shaft.

Do you know more about the Castle 1717 1500kv motor? Is it more suited for a 1/8th scale?

It's a great motor, but I wouldn't go above 10 kg / 6S LiPo.
Bigger motors required if you're wanting to power something heavier.
