Hi
I get dirt from the exhaust pipe -Black
Even when I take out the spark I see inside black
i ask:
* how to clean\if i need to clean it ?

**What is the reason-oil?
thanks

Generally its oil.
Check the carburettor settings.
Is it very smokey when you are running it?
What ratio of petrol/gas to oil are you using?

Check that the plug is sparking well enough - perhaps its time to replace the plug.

Check the carburettor settings.its new carburetor -with no chock (walbro)
Is it very smokey when you are running it?-No
What ratio of petrol/gas to oil are you using? But in the tune pipe(in the pipe) its oily black, the ratio are:4% for 1 liter gas ,the oil type are :cross power fully synthetic 2t motorrex
see link below:http://www.motorcycle-superstore.com/2/9/197/35242/ITEM/Motorex-Cross-Power-2T-Oil.aspx

Check that the plug is sparking well enough - perhaps its time to replace the plug.-its new (champion)
:(

The stock settings for a walbro carb are L needle 1-1/4 turns out from closed and H needle 1-1/2 turns out from closed. This will give you a general base tuning for you to tweak to suit your set-up and get it spot on. This is the same for old or brand new carbs.

4% oil is 25:1 so your mix is ok so long as its accurate and the oil you are using should be fine. The mixing bottles can be quite a bit out so get a measuring jug or large syringe to be more accurate.

Sounds like its running a bit rich on the settings so there is too much fuel and not enough air in your mixture. What colour is your spark plug? Take it out and have a look. If it is black then it is definitely too rick. It should be a medium brown colour for ideal. If its light brown or white then that is too lean.

ok
thanks
what about that in the pipe its oily black and when the engine working its throw black grain..?
i replace the oil to klotz rc modelube 2 cycle synthetic
and the ratio are:3% to 1 liter ?
thanks

EVERYONE uses 4% or 25:1 if they race or run hard for long periods of time.
3%, or 33:1 is a little lean if you use it a lot.

40:1 is fine for lower revving chainsaw motors on which these are based, but these motors rev HIGHER, and need more lubrication, just for a little safety.

Over a few runs you will have black oily deposits in your exhaust no matter what ratio you run. It due to the oil mix in the fuel.

i hope you stripped and cleaned your engine when you started to use

full synthetic from using mineral oil........as the 2 types don't mix

and will cause black sludge deposits :(
