Ok, Here my deal. This may be normal but have never noticed it before. I was replacing my clutch shoes and then I was turning the motor over by hand and it sounds like metal to metal or scrapping at the bottom stroke of the piston probably on the cylinder? I still have good compression. Any ideas what the hell this could be. Since the motor was new it has been kind of a turd to pull over.

Some scraping sounds are normal. If you want to check it out, you could take the cylinder off and look for any obvious signs of damage on the cylinder wall or the piston. But if it's not effecting performance and you have good compression, I wouldn't worry about it.

I need to correct myself. I seems to do the rubbing at the top of the Cylinder at TDC......

i would pull the topend and check for any gouging in the cylinder walls...generally damage like that is caused by lean condition causing lack of lubrication.....sumtimes its just a lemon of a top end unfortunately.....either way u wont know till u pull the top end off

Found out the problem. One of my bolts that hold my coil in place came loose and was causing it to rub on my flywheel. Adjusted it and doesn't make the noise anymore......
