Engine dies when I use the steering

Hey Guys, it's been awhile since I have used my XB. Just installed a new motor and new super bee kill switch. My issue is whenever I turn the buggy, it dies. It will idle forever. Now I have the killer bee plugged into ay splitter that then goes into the receiver. Is this not the correct way to plug in the super bee?

Are you using the slot for the steering servo to plug the y splitter into on the RX

To my knowledge the killer bee should go into the 3rd spot on the rx. That's how my 2 xt's are set up. No issues whatsoever either.

If there is a splitter in use That would tell me its on a 2 channel! the third spot on a 2 ch is a bind plug.A 3ch system needs no splitter

use your bind plug channel for your killer bee.

^x2. I have my killer bee & a voltwatch2 on a y splitter in the bind plug port & I'm using the redcat rx & tx.

Well shoot I guess I learn something new every day lol. I was told that it had to be split to the steering. I never would have known u could use the bind for it. Good info

I'm running the no aux/glitch kill set up. #1 switch down & #2 switch up. Works as advertised. No problems. Kill the tx & engine is killed.
