Engine keeps coming loose!!!!!!! HELP

Its moaning old me again. I have fixed the issue with the tyres coming off, thanks to you guys, now i ask for more help.

I am finding that the engine just keeps coming loose. I have alloy mounts, and have tried using torx headed screws. But still no luck. Have even tried loctite.

Have bought some loctite 270 now. Says its for bigger threads. Thought it may me stronger. Does anyone else suffer with this problem.

Also how long should the fixing screws be that go through the chasis to hold the engine mounts ( the ones that keep loosening!!!!!!!)

Try using double back sticky tape on the bottom of the engine mounts....plus the lock tite....I do this and I now have yet too have any issues....My engine stay tight....
Make sure to clean the chassie pan ...good so the sticky tape will hold....same as the bottom of the engine mounts.....This will work.....Slawhammer

You should check your diff gear (48) and spur shaft gear (16/14).
If these show wear from the mounts coming loose and them popping against each other then replace them. You can try spinning the spur shaft gear around to face the opposite way, this way the worn teeth are not driving the diff gear, but I would replace them if worn. You can use Firehammer Buggy parts for the replacement if money is an issue.

If it is coming loose there is a problem. The monster model comes with two side supports. One is connected to the pull start and the other is the chassis support on the other side. With those in and the mount tight there is virtually no way it will move unless Jarred in a major jolt.
