i got the large and small and i noticed that the large mount is a bit taller than the stock one.the part where it connects to the top chassis plate is taller..they said i need risers can u please show me pic of the risers or part number thanks.

You can actually make a thicker support for the center. That is what I did. I bought a thicker piece of aluminum sheet. Traced the shape on to it. Cut it out and ground the side that sits on the large mount to the thickness that would allow it to sit flat. It also make it a bit stiffer not having the oblong hole on the mount side too.
Diff risers can be made too. They are just shims under the rear diff mounts to raise them a bit. You will need longer screws.

man i got it coz it says large mount for fg marder baja mt ,,man it sux..

always double check off ebay as there are some rouges out there

ask for part numbers if the person selling dosn't know the part number

odds on he don't know what he is selling:alucard:

The mount in the photo was also supposed to be for the FGMT from rccaronline. I showed them the photos and they told me that they would replace it but there should be no issue with it. I didn't want to wait again so I used it.

Have you installed the large mount? Is it the same height as the small or is your motor sitting to the smal mount side?

If so I can talk you through it.;)

Oh, and I forgot that this was my Firehammer that had the issue.
