Engine numbers

HI ALL
Can some give some my a idea on engine numbers on engine stickers on crank casing and heads on cy and zenoah, the differance between 23/26cc.

On a Zenoah no way to really tell on a CY if nothing has been changed like a stroker crank installed on the cylinder on the flywheel side at the bottom have first stroke then bore in MM. So if you have 28 34 it means that you have a 28mm stroke with a 34mm bore which is 25.4cc which they round it up and call it a 26cc. Like I said this is if there has not been a stroker crank installed.

28mm stroke with a 32mm bore is a 22.5 rounded up 23.
28mm stroke with a 34mm bore is a 25.4 rounded up 26.
