Engine rebuild

Hey,

Anyone living near Reading UK, who knows how to rebuild hpi Baja engines? Happy to either pay for it or someone who might be able to help me figure out how to rebuild it.

im in bristol.... whts wrong with the engine

engine is really hard to pull. Took it off and the casing to see if the coil was rubbing with the flywheel, no luck. After taking out the spark plug it is easy to turn over with it in seems to make this scratching noise.

Put some fuel down the cylinder. Like 3 drops and try fire it up. Hard to Turn is compression.
