Engine Temp?

What's the normal and highest operating temperature for a 28.5cc engine?


Been meaning to ask that question for a while...should have been one of


the first things I ask about, better late than never...lol

I'm not sure I've ever checked my engine temps. I think with these, as long as your flywheel isn't stuffed with grass and you keep the cylinder head fins clear of grass and other crap then you should be fine.

MAKE SURE your spark plug color is redish brown, there not nitro ,you should be ok ,and yes keep head fins free of grass.

Ya, I agree. I have never checked engine temp. Only on nitro. Good idea to check for grass and spark plug. Outerwears pullstart filter is a must if you run on grass or somethign similar. I would not even worry about temp if you check spark plug and for grass build up.
