I can't figure it out., really weird.

From a stand still or while at speed, if I grab full throttle the buggy bogs like crazy and even dies sometimes. I've tried adjust the high and low needles like a million times.

I've pulled both needles and their clean. I've blown through my fuel lines and their fine. I was on half a tank of gas, could that have been the problem?

One last point. If I grab about 40% throttle, the buggy will spin the tires and take off like a rocket. It tops out real fast, but if I go for more throttle it just dies.

It does this even with the wheels off the ground.

just some simple tuning..
stock setting for your carb- HIGH SPEED,1 1/2 turns out from closed
LOW SPEED, 1 1/4 turns out from closed
those settings will be alittle rich, but will get you started. when making adjustments..JUST A HAIR.. 1/8 of a turn per adjustment.. MAX.. its hard to determine if your lean or rich couse you have so many symptoms, so just start over. run it like that for a few minutes. it will probly stumble on the high end and possibly idle low. if its stumbling up top, lean out the high speed needle(turn it in) maybe 1/16 of a turn and see how it is. don't go too much couse you can easly lean it too much.. once it feels like its toped out, turn it out a hair(high speed) check the plug. it should be a clean chocolate brown. if its idling too low, just adjust the low speed needle 1/16 of a turn will fix that right away.. good luck and keep an eye on the plug. if its grey, its too lean, black is too rich, brown is perfect. once you get it tuned, leave it. you shouldnt have to tune it for a while

If your having problems at half tank of fuel...make sure the klunker for the pickup of fuel
is on the bottom of the tank...also make sure your vent line is not plugged or clogged...sounds like starving for fuel....doesn't get any then takes off crazy....
when in you have problems always go back too base needle settings and start over....

Problem is base needle setting are giving me problems also.

i don't think clogged air cleaner will make it stall out, but you never know. you can also check to make sure the tank is venting properly. i think you should be fine with that couse if i remember correctly you have a vent tube coming off the gas cap/tank(?).. if the tank is not venting properly it will be pressurized when you pull the gas cap off. but the symptoms for that is cutting out at full throttle and some bogging down, but will run fine for the first 10 minutes. but it could make it stall out, though it will be hard to restart..
check:
-air filter
-gas tank vent
-air leaks around head gaskit, exhoust, and carb as well as cracked fuel lines
-carb settings
that should cover all the bases.. keep us informed on what you find

Thanks. I'll check those all out tomorrow after work.

I did flip the buggy going over a speed bump when I first started it up. Could a crash have messed something up? It didn't cut out or anything when it flipped. I just turned it back over and drove away.

ya know, its has happened to me. if i had less then half a tank and i flipped over, it would run like crap till i refueled. the fuel filter would get hung up on the tanks side wall and would starv for fuel. took me a while to find it. what a bugger that was.. once you get it tuned, it will run perfect till next season. then yo can work on the fun stuff.. like upgrades:)

Holy crap. I wonder if that's it cause I swear it was running better before the flip. Not great, but better.

yup..i have had the klunker hang up before...After upside down..I always check that now
when I land the firehammer up side down...seems to take about another tank of fuel to get it strightened out again........Also get a couple extra spark plugs....when checking or you have some how flooded the engine change the spark plug .....I have changed the plug..cause it looked a wet black..thought maybe fouled out the plug...and started over again.....Just make very small adjustments on the needles...set your loe first and then go from there.......good to see brother trip will have a video for ya...Slawhammer
