Hello . I finally got my esp g340 running and spark plug looks good . But I’m getting a thick exhaust smoke . My setting on the high and low needles are 21/8 on the high and 13/4 on the low . I was thinking about leaning them out a little . Any advice . I would gladly appreciate it .

Yup. It's not really about how many turns. Every engine is different. Every climate situation is different....
Get it tuned in good.
Start with the L. You wanna find the middle between too rich and too lean. At idle, turn the L about a quarter turn in, and see what the revs do. Return it back to center. Then turn it a quarter turn out and see what that does. Land yourself somewhere between what you're hearing at both ends.
As for the H, drive it to tune it. Start by making it rich, to be safe. Max throttle run. You shouldn't be able to reach max RPM. Bring it in and tighten the H and eighth of a turn to lean it. Give it another run. It should start cleaning up on the high rpm's. Then lean it again if it needs it. When you're comfortable with how it's running, you're good to go. And you can always richen the H a tiny bit at the end, just to be safe and not lean-seize.
