ESP mod and ported 27.2

I have'nt tried it yet , but i do have that motor sitting on my self just waiting........♥ with a pipe should be close to 6hp.....

I have the DDM side pipe.


If it is close to 6hp I am going to give the Bajas a very hard time..............

I installed the ESP 27.2 engine yesterday.


It started right away.


Tomorrow or sunday I will break it in.

I have 2 of them, one is a +2mm ADA kit, the other is a ONB 27.2. I have it in my Bajer, only it realy needs a pipe.

I just broke one in on my buddy's Baja just an hour ago. It's a 34mm Zenoah machined out for a 2mm stoker. I really liked the way it ran. He needs to do a little more needle work to get it to run the best it can, however, even with the needles off I can tell it's gonna be a beast.
