Had to go to Tri-Cities Metals for 1/16 12 ft 6061 rods- $2.50 each.- used to build Controlled constant impeadance vhf antennas on the cheap. Just had to wander around the yard for a while- found a Yamaha natural sound power amplifier.- Ax-500-u. Just dropped off, still in a dry box. Soldered a new power cord on this sought after stereo amplifier, cleaned up the pots, down loaded a service manual- biased up this puppy- sounds quite good- has lateral mosfets- mimicks tube ampa- yamaha used very high quality parts in these amps. Came home with another Yamaha, not free. $800.00. A 1992 WR 200 r, its a case reed engine! these old yamahas run nearly electric- no hit, linear power. electro mechanal power valve linked to the ignition. needs the suspension overhauled- bearings dust-oil seals. I do have a bunch of tools-- lol. My Aunt Mary used to dumpster dive for food- come to find out- she had several bank accounts Why several? Cause the fdic only covers up to $.250.000.00 per account-- The diving was just a strange hobby---.dammm--
