On my 1/8 scale and 1/10 scale rcs ive always run the dual exhaust. Whichive noticed makes a big differencein power and a lot loude which is cool. But it tends towere the motor out a lot quicker. Would this be the same on my rampage mt (v)3, 30cc motor. I just don't wana half to rebuilds the motor every 2 to 3 months. But of cours it all depends on how hard you are running it, so ive noticed on the smaller nitro engines.

Changing the pipe will not prematurely wear out the engine. However you need to retune if you change the pipe. One pipe may cause an engine to run leaner than another. Running too lean will premature wear out the engine.
