Do dents in tuned pipes lower its power?

Deffinetly the dent's don't help, fortunatelt they are easy to remove, fill the pipe with water and freeze, you might have to do it a couple times. Keep a close eye in it while it freezes-it's like magic.

How long do i leave it in for till it freezes, or shud i keep checking it like every 30mins?

i would keep checking it about every 10 minutes. once the water starts to freeze it expands fast!!!!!! it can take just minutes to expand enough to split the pipe open.

watch it close and when the dents are out. pull the pipe and start running HOT water over it and thru it to melt out the ice.
