I`m actually a bit surprised that all other pipe manufacturers (CPI, Jetpro, Flowsystem) that make pipes for the Redcat MT doesn`t go with a torque pipe. I mean what is the point in having bad low end but good top end on a Monstertruck

I have never tried any of the pipes (just ordered the Dominator for my MT though) but just by the looks of them and also after what I have read it only seems like it is the Dominator that is a truly a bottom end pipe (torque pipe). If you compare the first section of the pipes you can also clearly see that the Dominator has a longer and thinner section then for example the Jetpro and this (to mee anyway) indicates that it will have more power down low on the revs.

If you want a good pipe go with a jetpro or cpi i run the big bore cpi that was for a 5b it was modified to fit the MT it HAS lots of bottom end the ddm pipes sound bad i don't like them at all and they don't have the power of the cpi or the jetpro :D

i have both the sidemount jetpro and ddm dom.....i wasnt impressed at all with the jetpro .....the dom on the other hand is a great pipe sounds real nice and gives alot of power...i noticed more power with the dom than the jetpro...it also looks nicer.....the jetpro looks like a weird pepper or something lol

Thanks alot guys yall helped me alot. Im lookin forward to gittin my MT next month i think its gonna b a great choice yes? :D

Based on the videos I have seen I would also say, go with the Dominator pipe. All other pipes seem to lack the low end grunt that is so important in a massive Monstertruck :)

I agree with the looks thats why i went for the DDM ive had the chance to buy a Jetpro at good price. They are great pipes but don't like the look on the Mt.

The pipes that have a mid bleed, are for low end. The pipes with an end bleed are for top end. I'm no pipe builder, but remember the MTs are geared really low so a end bleed can work also.

The pipe helps but is not the sole faster in increasing performance. Engine porting, gearing and the pipe need to work in harmony for the best performance. :)

I'm running the jetpro and it sounds killer. I can't really speak about the gains though as mine is mounted to a Zenoah engine.f8e021b3.webp
Gotta love that look!!!

:D

I have the CPI tuned piped. Reason I went with CPI was I like the rear mount, and I was afraid of damaging the The Jet Pro in a crash( that pipe is to nice looking to damage lol). I have run my truck while someone else was running a Jet pro and the Jet Pro does sound amazing.
