Hey guys,

Some of you may remember i had a problem with my Ansmann reciever, only having brake, throttle not working, and only having full left on the steering..

Ordered a new reciever and guess what, it was doing exactly the same.
Got on to the help line from Ansmann, they were brilliant, talked me through everything as far as set up etc. He's advised the Trx is at fault and they've had a few back with this problem.
told me to sent it back to them and they'll replace it FOC.

Spoke to my LHS were i just bought the new receiver told them the story and they said send back the 2nd receiver i just bought for a full credit !!!

Just wanted to share this with you guys in the UK and a big shout to both
Ansmann and modelsort for super customer service !!!

good to let us know Sreet, modelsport has always looked after me when i have bought stuff off them. Jackobyte has one of these trannies and he has never had a problem with it. But saying that he polishes his and takes it to bed with him. ;)

yeah iim well pleased with the service, the Ansmann guy was available until 10pm last night.. now thats a guy who loves his job !!

Im going to their service centre in Hertfordshire on Tuesday so will report back then :-)

The Ansmann service was Brilliant The tech guy took me to his work staion....
Child in a sweat shop doesn't even come close !!!!!!!!!!

He tested my faulty unit. confirmed the fault. Gave me a brand new transmitter. No questions or fuss.
I have the Uk tech guys mobile number if you want it Jackobyte, just PM me if you do.
