Latest Breaking News - no joke!!

BBC to limit coverage of F1, and SkySports to show all races, qualis and practice sessions!!
That means crap commentary, adverts just as Lewis is burying Webber or Vettel again, and pay-for-view or the SkySports package will go up in price!!!

Whatever happened to Status Quo - not literally, but you know what I mean .....

Got to agree Al, Bloody Sky is ruining football to the point that it could all implode with the amount given to players, advertising etc. if Sky decided to take money out of the game like Setanta did with the Scottish leagues and look at the problems they are having, even the bigger clubs like Rangers and Celtic!!

The FA should be taking the model adopted by the Bundesliga. BBC know how to do F1, excellent coverage, great insight and commentary and no ad breaks, thereby, you don't risk missing any of the action.....nothing worse than coming back from an ad break to hear the commentator saying...'while you were away this is what you missed.....and then going to a replay'

Yeah, cheers guys.
In UK at least, you can normally live stream the Beeb coverage.
WHY DO THEY DO THIS?
Now that it's REALLY good, and, sorry Murray, but MB's got the professional experience that more than compensates for Murray's enthusiasm, they're 'moving on' .....

F1 itself is no different.
It's like putting Mini engines into the F1 cars.

They were going to be 1.6 4-cylinder turbo engines from VAG, until VW pulled out for some reason, then Ferrari complained saying they 'don't do 4-cylinders' and they agreed to increase to 6. The regs were also going to drop the max revs to 12k, but they're going to permit 16k I think.

Why is it, that when- and wherever there's a demo somewhere, none of the teams demonstrate with a current 24.V8, but they pull out a 3-litre V10 - higher revving (up to 20k!!) and basically a better sound.

I love progress, but I'm fed up of 'change for change's sake' in my favourite sport - the coverage and the sport itself.

Next, they'll be putting high profile tyres on BTCC chassis' removing the windows and calling that BTCC F1 !!

After my last little rant (!:D!) I overheard one of the Sky presenters mention 'uninterrupted coverage', but perhaps that was a mistake ....
THIS IS WHAT WE WANT, and the Beeb have been brilliant!!
