Hi guys so last time i ran the truck was 2 months ago and it ran ok


So today after some cleaning i tried to take it out for a spin and i got nothing but a sore arm


It ran like 1 second only once thats it


And now the pull start i think gave on me? because it wont even crank anymore, it just spins freely or a bearing is messed up feels like its not "catching"


Oh and everything is stock btw


So what could be it other than my pull start problem


Carb took a dump?


Maybe has to do with the ignition? wires sparkplug etc?

Check for spark. Plugs go out coils normally don't.

If the plug is wet you just flooded it.

Make sure your tank is vented.

thanks i will do a check on those
 
The stock starter has a plastic prawl. That is what brakes. Those pull starter are designed to be disposable. Most have them for under $20. Not worth it trying to rebuild it.

figured lmao this is my second pull start within 6 months im pulling on these pull starts as if im in the gym lol
 
And anything else i should replace while im at it?

Ive thought about replacing the stock airfilter too
