FG 4wd Problem

Yesterday I was driving my car when all of the sudden the engine would rev and the car would not move. It appeared as though the clutch was not engaging.

Also when I got home, I put the car on the bench and when I tried to move it forward manually all 4 wheels would lock up briefly.

I am stumped as to what the problem could be. Has anyone come across this?

I think you might have broken a clutch spring

check the spur gear carrier, if they are still plastic it may have rounded out. If that is it, you should replace it with the metal one. Part 06439

also check your wheel squares, they may have come loose.
