Ok, since I've built my friends 4WD comp and now have the regular 4wd I thought I'd do a post on which parts will fit from the 2WD version.
Front End is completely different.
- Dogbones are longer
- Comp version uses CVD's
- Drive cups are the same
- Drive axles are different than the rears
- Inside Bearing in the uprights are larger to fit the new drive axle
Rear End
-The lower arms and uprights are the same.
-The upper arms are different. Much thicker, but you can use the Elcon/FG aluminum upper arms if you use the regular turnbuckles
-Dogbones are the same size as all 2WD's
-Shock tower and diff holders are different
Basically what you get in the 4WD coversion kit is what they made different.
