fg alloy shock pistons

fg alloy shock pistons i have read these are good, but i havnt not been able to find part number or some who stocks them, any one here know ?

For the MONSTER models this is a great stock tuning PDF: TUNING PDF

For the shocks there are several alloys to choose from.

The FG number 6481: DDM 6481

Lauterbacher Super-Cross are some that I have heard mentioned: DDM lauterbacher tt511

Elcons: way too much $$.

GPM's have also been used: GPM Shocks

im thinking of these, but i would asume they have plastic pistons ?

as mentioned in my other post, but ive read some where that the alloy shock pistons the rings that go inside the shocks with oring seam to improve the shocks

this is what i ment by alloy pistons im not sure on the size of the stock fg pistons ill have to do some research

Ahh, my bad.:blush: As soon as I started reading I knew what you meant.:laugh:

Selwa has that type of shock, not the same but may have an idea?

Someone may have an empty FG shock laying around that they can get a measurement for you?

13.3 is for the thinner 17mm shock body, the stock shocks are 20mm if memory serves correct.

yeah i told by rcinovations 20mm is whats needed, but could find any
