Hello guys.... Need some help i have just got my FG MT/beetle running but i am having a slight problem with it.... minor though lol (i think so :clown:. I don't know if i need to tune my Fg but i though i mite aswell as the experienced first lol what the problem is once the Fg is started. I give it full rev and the truck doesn't responed it just moves very slowly doest reach full throttle at all. Please can you help me with this as i am looking forward to having some fun with my FG..... :). I'll read all your replys and get back to you ASAP......

sounds like it could be something easy:

1) do you have the plastic spur gear carrier or alloy one? if you have the plastic one, it could be rounding off and need replacement. get teh alloy one (#06439) and you will never have to deal with it again.

2) your wheel squares on the rear axles may be loose. Take the tire off and make sure the wheel squares are loctited and the screws are on the flat part of the axle.

If it not one of these, let us know.

If it was a stock brake pad I think most will have one but the shipping and time would kill you from over here. They are not too expensive, look on ebay or put a wanted add in the market place.
