FG Diff Braking

I have read on here about diff braking. I have a few questions.

How does the system work? Does it lock a wheel or inside the diff. Can any damage be caused to the diff itself.

i think u mean a brake sistem on your diff.

buth i tested it my self buth i ware not enthusiastic about it.
it has a lot of maintenance required,and you need two replace brake pads regularly because of ware of the brake pads.
